Lucky Draw Prize Setup

Seed Sample Data

Creates the default invitee seed list for RSVP, participant pool, message, badge, and import testing.
Creates Day 1, a Registration location, and an Entrance Registration checkpoint.

SendGrid Event Webhook

The SendGrid API key stays in application/.env. Automated setup is off by default. When checked, reset will run the webhook setup script and update/create the Event Webhook for this deployment.
